Pentingnya Motivasi Berprestasi Dalam Belajar

Dalam mencapai prestasi yang setinggi mungkin, setiap individu harus memilikikeinginan yang kuat demi mencapai tujuannya dan hal tersebut sangat bergantung pada usaha,kemampuan, dan kemauan dari indivisu itu sendiri.Menurut teoriNeed for Achievement (N.Ach) yang dikemukakan oleh McCelland,motivasi setiap orang berbeda-beda, sesuai dengan kekuatan kebutuhan seseorang akan prestasi.

Beberapa hal yang mempengaruhi motivasi menurut Fernald & Fernald dalamMubiar Agustin yaitu:
1) Keluarga dan kebudayaan, motivasi dapat dipengaruhi olehlingkungan sosial, pola asuh orang tua, dan teman (terutama pada remaja),
2) Konsep diri,apabila individu percaya diri dapat melakukan sesuatu, maka akan timbul motivasi dalam diriindividu untuk melakukan hal tersebut; dan
3) Jenis kelamin, keidentikan prestasi tinggidengan maskulinitas membuat pria lebih maksimal dalam belajar dibandingkan wanita.

Individu yang memiliki motivasi berprestasi tinggi memiliki standar berprestasi, lebihsuka bekerja pada situasi ketika ia mendapatkan umpan balik sehingga dapat mengetahuiseberapa baik tugas yang telah dilakukan, tidak menyukai keberhasilan yang bersifatkebetulan atau karena tindakan orang lain, dan lebih suka bekerja pada pada tugas yangtingkat kesulitannya menengah dan realistis dalam pencapaian tujuannya, individu bersifatinovatif dalam melakukan suatu tugas, serta individu dapat menerima kegagalan atau tugas-tugas yang telah dilakukannya. (McCelland dalam Mubiar, 2011:21)Kebutuhan seseorang untuk mencapai prestasi tergambar dari keja keras yangdilakukan untuk mencapai tujuan yang telah ditetapkan, bukan hanya berkaitan dengankeberhasilan untuk mencapai tujuan.Faktor yang mempengaruhi motivasi berprestasi menurut Morgan (1990) antara lain:

1) Tingkah laku dan karakteristik model yang ditiru oleh anak melalui observational learning;
2) Harapan orang tua;
3) Lingkungan;
4) Penekanan kemandirian;
5) Praktik pengasuhananak.

Tingkat motivasi berprestasi individu dapat dibedakan dengan melihat empat aspek (Asnawi, 2002), yaitu:

1) Mengambil tanggung jawab atas perbuatannya;
2) Memerhatikanumpan balik tentang perbuatannya;
3) Mempertimbangkan risiko;
4) Kreatif dan inovatif.

Kasus yang berkaitan mengenai motivasi berprestasi tidaklah sedikit. Salah satucontoh kasus adalah subjek yang merupakan siswa kelas 10 yang sering membolos dan kabur dari sekolah sebelun jam sekolah selesai. Selain itu, subjek lebih senang mengumpulkan tugassusulan dan seadanya yang mengakibatkan subjek belum lulus dalam banyakSubjek merasa tidak bersemangat karena subjek merasa tidak pernah ada penghargaanterhadap kemauannya dan pendidikan itu tidak penting bagi subjek. Semua berawal ketikasubjek memperoleh nilai yang buruk pada mata pelajaran matematika, padahal subjek merasa bahwa dirinya memang mampu dan layak mendapat nilai yang bagus. Meskipun subjek protestrehadap guru tersebut, guru tersebut tidak menghiraukannya. Mulai saat itu subjek berubahmenjadi seorang yang pemalas padahal awalnya ia adalah siswa teladan.Ada beberapa strategi yang bisa digunakan oleh guru untuk menumbuhkan motivasi belajar siswa, sebagai berikut:

a.Menjelaskan tujuan belajar ke peserta didik. 
b.Memberikan hadiah kepada siswa yang berprestasi.
c.Mengadakan kompetisi antar siswa, untuk meningkatkan prestasi siswa.
d.Memberikan penghargaan atau pujian kesiswa yang berprestasi.
e.Memberikan hukuman kepada siswa yang berbuat salah.
f.Membangkitkan dorongan kepada anak didik untuk belajar.
g.Membentuk kebiasaan yang baik.
h.Membantu kesulitan belajar siswa secara individual ataupun kelompok.i.

Memilih metode belajar yang tepat, dan bervariasi untuk membangkitkansemangat siswa.Untuk menumbuhkan motivasi berprestasi, orang tua harus selalu mengontrol anaknyadalam kegiatan belajar dan semua kegiatan anaknya. Guru yang berperan sebagai orang tuakedua siswa di sekolah juga harus mendidik siswa (bukan hanya mengajar), agar siswa merasakan diperhatikan dan disayang.

Cara Meluruskan Rambut

Selain itu, tentu saja anda harus mengeluarkan biaya yang tidak sedikit untuk meluruskan rambut. Nah daripada mengeluarkan biaya hanya untuk merusak rambut anda, mendingan memakai cara alami saja.

Anda dapat memakai bahan-bahan alami seperti daun seledri, jeruk nipis, minyak kelapa, dan masih banyak lagi.

1. Dengan Creambath Daun Seledri

Caranya yakni tumbuk daun seledri yang masih mekar dan segar sampai halus dan campurkan dengan air secukupnya. Setelah itu peras dan ambil airnya untuk dipakai sebagai creambath. Jika anda ingin hasil yang lebih sempurna, anda dapat mendiamkan air perasan tersebut selama 12 jam terlebih dulu sebelum digunakan.

2. Dengan Campuran Jus Jeruk Nipis dan Santan Kelapa
Cara membuatnya yakni campurkan 2 sendok makan jeruk nipis dengan 1 gelas santan, kemudian simpan di kulkas agar mengental. Setelah mengental, gunakan campuran tersebut untuk dibalurkan atau dilumurkan pada rambut anda dan sisir hingga rapi. Eittsss,, belum selesai lho, setelah disisir kemudian bungkus kepala dan rambut anda agar udara luar tidak masuk, dan yang terakhir yakni bilas rambut anda hingga bersih. Anda dapat menggunakan cara ini setiap harinya agar rambut anda perlahan menjadi lurus dan lembut.

3. Dengan Susu
Caranya yakni semprotkan campuran antara susu dan 1/2 gelas air. Lalu diamkan selama kurang lebih 30 menit dagar campuran susu tersebut dapat meresap ke sela-sela rambut anda. Anda juga dapat memdiamkannya sampai mengering lalu sisir rambut anda dengan rapi. Untuk membersihkannya anda dapat memakai shampo conditioner.

4. Dengan Kelapa
Caranya yakni blender air kelapa beserta dagingnya, setelah itu balurkan hasil blenderan tadi keseluruh rambut kemudian sisir rambut anda. Diamkan campuran air kelapa dan daging kelapa yang diblender tadi selama semalaman, dan pada pagi harinya anda dapat membersihkannya. Untuk mendapatkan hasil yang maksimal anda dapat melakukan cara ini 2 sampai 3 kali dalam seminggu.

5. Dengan Buah Pisang dan Pepaya
Caranya yakni campurkan pisang dan pepaya lalu dihaluskan, setelah itu tambahkan 2 sendok makan madu. Setelah halus, gunakan campuran tersebut untuk dibalurkan keseluruh rambut anda. Diamkan selama 30 menit sampai 1 jam kemudian bersihkan.

Mau Dibawa Kemanakah Multifinance Kita?

 
Multifinance. Pernahkah kalian mendengar kata multifinance? Mungkin ada sebagian kecil dari kalian yang sudah tak asing lagi dengan kata multifinance, dan ada pula sebagian besar dari kalian yang merasa sangat asing dengan kata multifinance. Jadi, apasih multifinance itu? Adakah peranan multifinance? Lalu, mau dibawa kemanakah multifinance kita ini? Sebelum ke topik permasalahannya, saya akan mengulas sedikit tentang multifinance.

Apasih multifinance itu?
            Kata multifinance dalam bahasa Indonesia bermakna perusahaan pembiayaan. Sehingga, multifinance atau perusahaan pembiayaan adalah suatu badan usaha di luar bank dan lembaga keuangan bukan bank yang khusus didirikan untuk melakukan kegiatan yang termasuk dalam bidang usaha Lembaga Pembiayaan [Peraturan Menteri Keuangan Nomor 8/PMK 012/2006 pasal 1 huruf  b]. Adapun kegiatan yang termasuk dalam bidang usaha Lembaga Pembiayaan yaitu:
1.      Sewa Guna Usaha
2.      Anjak Piutang
3.      Perdagangan Surat Berharga
4.      Modal Ventura
5.      Usaha Kartu Kredit
6.      Pembiayaan Konsumen

Adakah peranan dari multifinance?
             Ada. Peranan multifinance adalah sebagai salah satu lembaga sumber pembiayaan alternatif yang potensial untuk menunjang pertumbuhan perekonomian nasional. Disamping peran tersebut diatas, perusahaan pembiayaan juga mempunyai peran penting dalam hal pembangunan yaitu menampung dan menyalurkan aspirasi dan minat masyarakat serta  berperan aktif dalam pembangunan.

Dari ulasan tentang multifinance diatas, lalu mau dibawa kemanakah multifinance kita? Jawabannya praktis. Tentu saja multifinance di Indonesia akan dibawa ke tingkat yang lebih baik lagi. Mengapa demikian? Karena adanya perusahaan multifinance di Indonesia ini sangat mempermudah masyarakat Indonesia untuk memiliki produk-produk (elektronik, kendaraan bermotor, dll) dengan keunggulan yang dimiliki multifinance, antara lain:

1.      Pembelian produk dalam bentuk kredit.
2.      Tidak terlalu banyak persyaratan.
3.      Tidak berorientasi pada jaminan.
4.      Tidak mengganggu keuangan konsumen.
5.      Proses cepat dan tidak berbelit.

Namun sayangnya, pertumbuhan multifinance pada tahun 2014 diperkirakan lambat. Berdasarkan informasi dari TEMPO.CO, Jakarta - Head of Research PT BNI Securities Norico Gaman mengatakan pada tahun ini industri multifinance diperkirakan akan mengalami pelemahan dibandingkan dengan kinerjanya pada tahun lalu. Hal ini disebabkan kenaikan suku bunga BI di 2013 hingga ke level 7,5 persen dan tidak menutup kemungkinan naik lagi hingga ke level 8,0 persen pada 2014.


"Hal tersebut akan mendorong kenaikan suku bunga kredit perbankan sehingga berdampak pada kenaikan bunga kredit di lembaga multifinance yang lebih tinggi," ujar Norico dalam keterangan tertulisnya, Kamis, 2 Januari 2014.
Kenaikan suku bunga kredit yang tinggi akan menghambat daya beli konsumen, terutama terhadap produk-produk seperti otomotif, properti, dan peralatan elektoronik. Kondisi ini berdampak terhadap rendahnya permintaan kredit pada multifinance.
Dengan terjadinya pelemahan pertumbuhan multifinance  pada tahun 2014, perusahaan multifinance berusaha melakukan efisiensi agar dapat menjaga margin keuntungan di tengah-tengah melambatnya pendapatan dari kredit konsumen," ujar Norico.
Upaya yang digunakan agar dapat menjaga margin keuntungan ditengah-tengah pelemahan multifinance yaitu memperbanyak modal. Hal ini dapat disiasati dengan cara sebagai berikut:
1.      Multifinance terbitkan obligasi berkelanjutan.
            Sejumlah perusahaan multifinance berencana menerbitkan obligasi untuk mendanai modal kerjanya. PT Federal International Finance (FIF), adalah perusahaan yang akan menerbitkan obligasi senilai Rp 1,55 triliun untuk mendukung ekspansi pembiayaan perusahaan tahun ini. Obligasi tersebut merupakan penerbitan tahap III dari program obligasi berkelanjutan tahun 2012 senilai total Rp 10 triliun.

2.      Multifinance andalkan pinjaman sindikasi untuk ekspansi.
            Sejumlah perusahaan pembiayaan (multifinance) mengandalkan pinjaman sindikasi untuk melakukan ekspansi pembiayaan tahun ini. PT Adira Dinamika Multi Finance Tbk (ADMF), misalnya, menargetkan memperoleh pinjaman sindikasi dari luar negeri senilai US$ 200 juta pada April ini. 
            Dengan demikian, “Mau dibawa kemanakah multifinance kita?” sudah terjawab dengan jelas, yaitu dibawa pada tingkat yang lebih baik. Meskipun pada tahun 2014 multifinance mengalami pelemahan. Namun perusahaan multifinance tidak tinggal diam dan berusaha melakukan efisiensi agar dapat menjaga margin keuntungan ditengah-tengah pelemahan multifinance dengan berbagai upaya.
